    I found these adorable 4 Vintage Tricky Scottie Dogs Scotties, Miniature and Metal, from 1940s, tucked in this Vintage Kodak Film Can that I picked up in a very old barn sale out in the country. Most of the items were
    From 1930s to 1960s.
    A fun surprise and a great collection of real original vintage magnetic tricky dog toys.
    I’m seeking the dogs with the can I found them in - they seem to belong together!
    Two of the dogs are more detailed and smaller - and I believe they are from 1946. Two are a bit bigger and seem to be older with the seam so visible down the middle. They look more like cast iron. They are on faded red magnets.
    I’m not an expert but I hope the photos will help! There are several reproductions of these on the Internet but these are, as we used to say, “the real McCoys” - you can tell from the aging in the magnets and more - these are old and original.
